Thank you to everyone who submitted their abstracts. You will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of your abstract by February 15th. We appreciate your participation and look forward to an enriching conference.

Last date for submission of abstract is 5th February, 2024.
Abstracts can be submitted online only.
Registration for the conference is mandatory for abstract submission.
One delegate can submit maximum of two abstracts.
Please mention your preference for oral or poster presentation in each abstract.
Suitability for oral/poster presentation will be decided by organising committee after a blind peer review.
Abstract needs to be structured in introduction, material and methods, results and conclusion format in maximum 300 words; up to 5 keywords can be included.
Intimation regarding acceptance will be done through e-mail on or before 15th Feb, 2024.
Revealing the authors or institution anywhere in the text will automatically disqualify the abstract.
Once abstract is accepted, additional authors can not be added.
Certificate of presentation will be issued only to presenting author.
Paper already presented in previous meetings or already published will be rejected.
Posters will be displayed at a separate designated area. The authors are required to be present for presentation to judges.
All authors should submit a disclosure of any financial affiliations , which have a potential conflict of interest at the time of presentation.
Guidelines for oral and poster presentation will be intimated by email.
Papers submitted by foreign delegates will not be considered for inclusion in the Best Paper Session.
